HONEY MACADAMIA NUT BUTTER COOKIES WITH CRANBERRIES
PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 375
- 2- 6OZ JARS AHUALOA FARMS HONEY MACADAMIA NUT BUTTER
- 1 CUP PACKED BROWN SUGAR
- 2 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
- 2 LARGE EGGS OR 1/3 C EGG WHITES
- 2 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- 1 TSP BAKING SODA
- 1/4 TSP GROUND NUTMEG
- 1 C SWEETENED DRIED CRANBERRIES – CHOPPED
- 1/3 CUP AHUALOA FARMS SMALL MACADAMIA NUT PIECES
Combine AF Honey Macadamia Nut Butter, brown sugar, vanilla and egg white – mix well
Combine flour, baking soda and nutmeg – mix well
Add flour mixture to butter mixture – mix until combined. Dough will be very thick
Stir in cranberries and AF small mac nut pieces. Chill for 10 minutes.
Divide dough into twelve even portions, roll into balls. Place each ball on parchment lined baking sheet and flatten with a fork that has been dipped in water,. Sprinkle with sugar.
Place trays in the center of the oven rack for 9 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and place on cooling rack.
