Baileys Macadamia Nut Chocolate Chip Pie

PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 350

  • 3 EGGS
  • 1 CUP SUGAR
  • ½ TBSP SALT
  • ½ CUP UNSALTED BUTTER – SOFTENED
  • 1 CUP LIGHT KARO SYRUP
  • ½ CUP BAILEYS IRISH CREAM
  • 1 CUP SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
  • 2 CUPS AHUALOA FARMS MACADAMIA NUT PIECES
  • 2 9” PIE SHELLS

Cream eggs, salt, sugar & butter. Blend in Baileys & Karo Syrup, Stir in AF macadamia nuts and chocolate chips.

Pour into pie shells.

Bake for 1-1 ½ hour until the center is set.
